Terms & Conditions
All trade accounts are on a pro former basis for the first three sales, the following three
-sales will be due 14 days from the invoice date, then settlement within 30 days for all sales
-thereafter, assuming all previous transactions have been paid in full and on time.
-Payment is due on, or before, the stated due date on your invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Goods will be invoiced at the correct prices at the time of order.
Goods will not be sent until payment has been made and a delivery date has been confirmed.
Outbound delivery costs £40 plus VAT (subject to area). Collection from store is free.
Deliveries will come through a third party pallet courier service and are made Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. We will not be able to provide you with an expected delivery time, however if you provide us with a contact name and contact details we can arrange for the driver to call you when they are near.
You will be responsible for getting the stove into the property as we only offer ‘kerbside’delivery.
Please make sure you check the stove for any damages before you sign for it as we will not be responsible for damaged goods that where signed for as having been received in good condition.
