I must say that the service is absolutely first class, the fitter not only completed the replacement but fabricated a metal back plate for the grate which looks superb. A very capable, friendly guy who had a “can do” approach, good problem solving and involved us throughout the process. It was a pleasure to have him working in the house. The installation of the two wood burners we bought from the The Stove Store in Ashburton all went swimmingly. Buster, the guy who installed them, was very personable and professional. He left no stone unturned and went through all the safety procedures making sure we understood how they the stoves work and how to get the best out of them in terms of heat and economy. Vicky, the lady who works in the shop, was also very helpful and knowledgeable, going into the complex details of all the different stoves on the market.
